How to Configure Order Settings

OnePe allows restaurants to configure how customers select and place different types of orders.

Using Order Settings, you can manage custom order types such as Dine In, Delivery, Pickup, Room Service, and other order types supported by your restaurant.

You can also control whether customers can select an order type themselves and whether the order type selection popup should be displayed.

Follow the steps below to configure your restaurant's order settings.

Follow these steps to configure the order types available for your restaurant.

Step 1: Open Order Settings

Go to Settings → Order Settings from your OnePe dashboard.

Step 2: Open Custom Order Types

Select Custom Order Types.

Here you can configure order types such as:

1. Dine In
2. Delivery
3. Pickup
4. Room Service

Step 3: Configure Order Type Options

Use the following settings:

1. Disable Order Type Popup: Enable this if you don't want customers to select an order type and want the default order type to be used automatically.
2. Allow Custom Order Type Options: Enable this to allow customers to select from your configured order types.

Step 4: Configure Individual Order Types

For each order type, configure:

1. Order Type Name: Enter the name displayed to customers.
2. Order Type: Select the corresponding order type.
3. Enabled: Turn ON to activate the order type.
4. Enable From Customer Site: Turn ON if customers should be able to select it online.

Step 5: Add More Order Types

Click Add More to add another order type.

Enter the required details and configure its availability.

Step 6: Save

Review your order types and click Save.

Your restaurant's order settings are now configured.
