Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial on eligible plans — no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period so you can experience the platform before committing.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard — no phone calls or emails required. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
None. The price you see is exactly what you pay. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, no per-transaction fees and no fees for adding staff accounts. Payment gateway charges from providers like Razorpay are separate and governed by their own terms.
Upon cancellation, access to your dashboard and all data is revoked immediately. We strongly recommend exporting your data (Settings → Data Export) before cancelling. Your data is retained in an encrypted state for 90 days after cancellation to allow reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Contact our support team if you need help switching — especially if you are on an annual plan and want to discuss options before your renewal date.
Yes, we offer custom pricing for restaurant groups and chains with multiple outlets. Reach out to us at sales@onepe.in and we will put together a tailored proposal.
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless cancelled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, as services are made available immediately. For long-term plans, the OnePe team may consider a pro-rata credit on special request. Read our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
