Our Story

We Saw the Problem Firsthand

It started with a simple observation. Sitting in restaurants around Jaipur, we watched owners juggle paper tickets, waiters miss table calls, kitchens struggle with unclear orders and customers wait far too long for things that should take seconds.

The tools that existed were either too expensive for small restaurants, too complicated to train staff on, or simply built by people who had never set foot in a busy kitchen. We decided to change that.

As developers who care deeply about real-world problems, we set out to build something honest — a platform that respects the restaurant owner's time, empowers their staff, and most importantly, delivers an experience that makes customers genuinely happy to come back.

OnePe was born right here in Jaipur — the Pink City — and we are incredibly proud of that. Every feature we build, every design decision we make, every line of code we write is guided by one question: does this make someone's life genuinely easier?
