Understanding Branches

A branch in OnePe represents a separate restaurant location managed within your OnePe account.

If you operate a single restaurant, you can manage it as one branch. If you operate multiple locations, each location can be managed as a separate branch.

What Can Be Managed Per Branch?

Depending on your OnePe setup, branch-level operations can include:

  1. Tables and areas
  2. Menu and menu items
  3. Orders
  4. KOT and kitchen operations
  5. Staff
  6. Inventory
  7. Expenses
  8. Customers
  9. Payments
  10. Reports

Why Use Separate Branches?

Managing locations separately helps you:

  1. Track each restaurant's performance
  2. Manage branch-specific operations
  3. Control staff access
  4. Monitor branch sales and expenses
  5. Compare branch performance
  6. Maintain separate operational data

Branch Access

Users can be given access to the branches they are responsible for.

For example, a branch manager may only need access to their assigned restaurant, while an owner may need access to multiple branches.

Working With a Branch

Before performing an operation, make sure you are working under the correct branch.

Orders, tables, inventory, expenses and other branch-specific activities should always be managed under the appropriate location.

Managing Multiple Branches

If your restaurant business expands, OnePe can help you manage multiple locations from the same platform rather than maintaining completely separate systems.

OnePe Branch Management gives you a centralized way to manage your restaurant business while keeping individual branch operations organized.
