OnePe is an all-in-one digital platform that combines a QR-code ordering system with a powerful POS. It helps you speed up service, reduce manual errors, and give your customers a modern, contactless dining experience.

How do I get started with OnePe?

Once your account is created, you can create your menu, design your floor plan, and generate QR codes to start taking orders immediately.

Do my customers need to download an app to order?

No. OnePe is a web-based solution. Customers just scan the QR code with their phone camera or any UPI app, and your menu opens instantly in their browser.

Can I use my existing hardware like tablets or laptops?

Yes! OnePe is cloud-based and works on any device with a web browser. You don’t need to buy expensive, specialized hardware to run our POS or management system.

How does the QR Code Menu handle "out of stock" items?

You can use the Effortless Menu Management feature to hide or edit items instantly. If a dish is unavailable, you can toggle it off in your dashboard, and it disappears from the customer's digital menu in real-time.

What is the "Custom Floor Plan" feature?

This allows you to recreate your restaurant's physical layout digitally. You can arrange tables in the system to match your actual floor, making it easy to track which tables are occupied, reserved, or bill-ready.

How do Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) work?

When a customer places an order via QR code, it is instantly sent to your POS. From there, a KOT is generated automatically and can be printed or displayed on a screen in the kitchen, so your chefs can start cooking immediately.

Can I manage my staff with different access levels?

Yes. Our Staff Management feature lets you create separate logins for waiters, chefs, and managers. You control exactly what each person can see or edit through custom permissions.

Can I print physical bills for customers?

Absolutely. OnePe supports Bill Printing. You can connect the system to your thermal printer to provide fast and accurate paper receipts.

How does the system help with table reservations?

You can track real-time table occupancy and manage future reservations directly through the dashboard. This ensures you maximize your seating capacity and reduce customer wait times.

Is it possible to manage multiple restaurant branches?

Yes, OnePe is built for scale. You can manage multiple outlets from a single master account and view combined or individual performance reports.

What kind of reports and analytics will I receive?

OnePe provides data-driven Reports on your daily sales, peak hours, top-selling dishes, and staff performance, helping you make smarter business decisions.

Which payment gateways do you support?

We are integrated with Razorpay and Stripe, ensuring that your customers can pay securely via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking.

How do I receive payments from digital orders?

ayments made by customers are settled directly into your registered bank account. We follow a standard T+2 settlement cycle (Transaction day + 2 business days).

Does OnePe charge a commission on my food sales?

No. We are a subscription-based SaaS. We do not take a cut of your hard-earned sales. You keep 100% of your profits; you only pay the fixed subscription fee for using the software.

What are the subscription options available?

We offer Monthly and Annual plans. The annual plan is the most popular because it offers a significant discount, making the software much cheaper compared to paying month-to-month.

What happens if my internet connection is unstable?

OnePe requires an internet connection to sync orders and payments. However, since it is optimized for speed, even a basic 4G/5G mobile hotspot can keep your restaurant running smoothly if your main Wi-Fi goes down.

Is my restaurant data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your sales data, menu information, and customer details. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers.

What is your refund policy for subscriptions?

Subscription payments (both monthly and annual) are non-refundable. If you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
